Don’t let stigma and a lack of knowledge leave you afraid of the giving tree. The giving tree is not solely about highs and euphoric states of being. The giving tree also wants to be respected for its flowerful healing and wellbeing properties as hemp and CBD. I welcome all who want to learn and not miss out on these therapeutic benefits because of misunderstandings and/or miseducation.
The movements in this offering are not elevated practices. The ask in this 101 program is to get in touch with your inner nature with little (if possible) to no influence from the giving tree during your movement practices.
Arriving at the intersection of dopeness + wellbeing begs of you to realize your true nature. In doing so, we learn to move at the pace of nature in alignment with inner and outer nature. Realizing your true nature is a practice that you commit to showing up to again and again and again. I don’t want you to practice alone, and would be honored to be your nature + wellbeing guide.

When does this program start? It begins on the date you choose when you officially enroll.
How long will I have access to the materials online? You will have 4 months after the program has ended.
What is the weekly time commitment for this course? 1 hour per week
Do you offer refunds? Refunds are not available for this product.
Do you offer discounts? I value being a business rooted in equity, so instead of discounts and fear based marketing tactics, I use equity-based sliding scale pricing.
Do you offer scholarships? Not for private coaching experiences, but look out for the group coaching + self-paced courses coming soon.
What is asynchronous coaching?
Asynchronous simply means "not happening at the same time". You're already engaged in asynchronous communication– anytime you exchange texts or voice messages with your friends, family, or coworkers.
Asynchronous coaching is support that happens on-demand, whenever the need arises. During the program, you'll watch your weekly videos, practice your new strategies as necessary in your real life, and share your reflections, learnings, and more at a time that's convenient for you. When you have questions or want my feedback, shoot me a text or voice message (via our private Geneva channel), and I'll respond! (No coordination of schedules or waiting for our next call required!)
